Know what you are starting.

Choose a service, agree the deliverables and review the work at defined stages. Your written proposal is the reference for the project, its costs and the handover.

Start with the business need

Your goal

Tell us who the work is for and what should happen: enquiries, product orders, consistent content or fewer manual tasks.

Your starting point

Share your website, brand files and existing content. Identify what can be reused and what needs to be created.

Your priorities

State your preferred timing, budget range and approval contact. Flag anything needed for launch.

Confirm the scope before committing

The proposal should list the pages or deliverables, included integrations, content responsibilities, review stages, revision allowance and delivery milestones. Confirm the payment schedule, third-party costs and support period before accepting it.

Separate project costs from ongoing costs

Project work

Website builds, branding and launch materials are scoped as projects. A starting price applies to the listed deliverables.

Monthly services

SEO and social media are ongoing work. Confirm content volume, platforms, reporting and how the monthly service is reviewed.

External services

Check domain and hosting renewals, software subscriptions, payment-provider fees and advertising spend. Inclusion depends on the chosen package.

Review, approve and hand over

Agree who approves the work and how feedback is collected. At handover, confirm the deliverables, source files or exports included, account ownership, access arrangements and editing guidance. Any new functionality or ongoing support should have its own agreed scope.

Examples, concepts and project evidence

Published project links let you inspect a website. Concept designs show a possible layout and interaction. Ask which work is relevant to your brief and what role Tralionex delivered. A screenshot alone does not prove a performance result or a customer endorsement.

Changes, cancellation and questions

Request the applicable change, cancellation and refund terms in your proposal before accepting. This page explains the project discussion and does not set a blanket refund, ownership or support policy for every engagement.

Your questions, answered.

Can I buy a package without discussing the requirements?

Package buttons start an enquiry. They do not take payment or confirm an order. The team needs to review the requirements and confirm the scope first.

Are revisions and updates unlimited?

No unlimited revision or lifetime update commitment is made here. The revision allowance, included support period and any ongoing maintenance should be defined in the proposal.

Does Tralionex guarantee rankings, leads or sales?

No. The proposal defines the work and reporting. Search rankings, advertising performance, enquiries and sales depend on factors beyond a service provider’s control.
