This notice describes the data handling implemented in this website. It covers browsing and starting an enquiry; separate providers apply their own policies when you use their services.
Enquiry forms and WhatsApp
The public enquiry forms use the information you enter to prepare a WhatsApp message in your browser. They do not submit that information to a website form database. Opening WhatsApp is a handoff, not confirmation that a message was sent. Review the message before sending it. If you send it, Tralionex receives it through WhatsApp and may use it to discuss your enquiry. Avoid including passwords, payment card details or sensitive documents in the initial message.
Calls and external websites
Call buttons open your device’s calling application. WhatsApp, the blog and project websites are separate services. When you follow a link, the destination receives the request and handles information under its own policies. The portfolio may refresh its public project list using a Google-hosted service.
Website interaction events
The website prepares limited interaction events, such as a package button click or opening an enquiry in WhatsApp. The event handler excludes form values and destination URLs and does not itself set cookies or browser storage. It can forward these events to an analytics integration if one is configured. A button click does not prove that an enquiry was sent or a purchase was made.
Hosting and communication
Loading a website necessarily sends technical request information to its hosting provider. This notice does not specify a verified hosting-log retention period. If you contact Tralionex, the conversation is handled through the communication service you choose. Ask us about the information associated with your enquiry, or request correction or deletion through the contact page.

Does the form send my message automatically?
No. It prepares a message for WhatsApp. You can review it before choosing to send.
Can I ask about my enquiry information?
Yes. Contact Tralionex through the contact page and identify the enquiry you are asking about. Do not include sensitive documents in the initial request.
